Soul Field Intelligence

This agreement is between James Gordon Graham the CONSULTANT and any CLIENT who enters into a Soul Field Intelligence consultation with him. In the rest of this document, they shall be referred to as CONSULTANT and CLIENT.

By doing a Soul Field Intelligence consultation with James Gordon Graham you agree to the following;

1. You as the CLIENT agree to understand that a Soul Field Intelligence Consultation is not a substitute for medical advice or care. This consultation does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe substances, perform medical treatment or interfere with the treatment of a licensed medical professional. It is recommended that the CLIENT sees a licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment they may have. The CLIENT remains responsible for their own medical care.

2. You as the CLIENT also agree that you understand that a Soul Field Intelligence Consultation is a methodology developed uniquely by the CONSULTANT, James Gordon Graham partly drawing on his knowledge in various emotional clearing techniques, but it is not a medical or bio-energy treatment. The consultation will utilise the unique gifts and abilities of the CONSULTANT.

3. The CONSULTANT will uphold the obligation to you, the CLIENT for confidentiality. In accordance with this, the CONSULTANT will not hold paper records that can match information about you and your consultation. Digital information regarding the CLIENT will be held according to the PRIVACY POLICY.

4. Payment is required on booking via Credit/ Debit card or Paypal. Cards accepted via Stripe are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. If the CLIENT has a card other than these, they are advised to use Paypal.

5. You as the CLIENT understand that as this is a service given one to one, refunds cannot be given unless the session has to be cancelled under extenuating circumstances. Once the consultation has taken place, refunds will not be given.

6. If you cannot find an appointment slot, please contact [email protected] to discuss further dates.

7. You as the CLIENT understand that this is a consultation that works on subtle realms and any results can vary. You do not hold the CONSULTANT responsible to guarantee any type of outcome.

8. You as the CLIENT acknowledge that long-term imbalances sometimes require multiple sessions in order for an issue to be resolved and even with multiple sessions there is no guarantee that the desired outcome will occur.

9. You as the CLIENT understand that a Soul Field Intelligence Consultation can sometimes precipitate a so-called ‘healing crisis’ and agree to take personal responsibility to seek appropriate guidance in that eventuality.

10. Soul Field Intelligence is a complementary tool designed to support and enhance your current healing journey. It is not intended as a replacement for any orthodox or alternative health program you may be following. Please note that Soul Field Intelligence does not constitute medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for professional medical care. I understand that the CONSULTANT is providing this consultation for me at my request and is not responsible for the outcome of the consultation. I agree to hold James Gordon Graham harmless for any intended or unintended result.
